Torrid Black Velvet Dress

This dress was part of my very first Holiday Double Slay.  This is a velvet a-line dress with double v-neckline that is a surplice in the front.  It has a built in crinoline in the skirt that provides the perfect amount of volume to the skirt.  Knee length.  Only worn for these photos.  Please note shawl in first photos is not included.
